Steph Curry reportedly made significant improvements to his living condition while also making a profit.

In December of 2020, Curry spent $30 million to buy a property that was 17,761 square feet on 1.7 acres in Atherton, California, the most expensive zip code in the United States.In the fall of 2021, he received $31.2 million for the sale of his former Atherton estate, a 7,535-square-foot home on 1.18 acres. The buyer was Chinese billionaire Forrest Li.

There are a total of seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms in Curry’s new Bay Area mansion, which is built mostly of stucco and glass. In addition to a beautiful grass, the outside space also has a swimming pool, sun deck, and cabana.

The interior features a cinema, a fully stocked bar, and a wine cellar, all accessible via a large atrium with a chandelier. The luxurious master suite is complete with a marble bathroom, wet bar, and fireplace.With an annual salary of $92.8 million, Curry ranked fifth on Forbes’ ranking of the highest-paid athletes in the world in May.

Chris Paul expected to start for Warriors, play in short spurts

For the Warriors, will Chris Paul be a starter or a reserve?

ESPN’s Marc Spears said on Yahoo Sports’ Vincent Goodwill’s podcast “Good Word with Goodwill” (h/t USA Today) that he has heard Paul will start and play in short spurts, despite coach Steve Kerr kicking the can down the road by saying, “We’ll just look at all kinds of different combinations” in camp.

I anticipate his opening statement. And I would sаy it happens in about five-minute bursts. They may not want his minutes to be excessive, but I susρect they will attempt it anyway. That’s the general impression I’m getting, though I could be incorrect. He is not anticipated to initially hold this view. This is what I have been told. His career is constantly in motion.

If we were making a decision based solely on basketball, CP3 would undoubtedly be used in a reserve role. Last year, the Warriors’ starting five of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins, Draymond Green, and Kevon Looney posted a +22.1 net rating (per Cleaning the Glass) and should return intact this year. To put that in perspective, the unit was over 10 points per 100 possessions superior to the starting five for the Denver Nuggets.While Xs and Os are important, coaching an NBA team is more about gaining buy-in and navigating different personalities. Paul’s response to a reporter’s question regarding playing time with the second unit (he said, “You coaching?”) indicated that he was not prepared to give up his starting position. No, not at this time. Paul starting, playing a “short spurt,” then coming out, and returning with the second unit may make things simpler for the Warriors’ locker room in the short term. The Warriors need CP3 in large part because the performance of the second unit has plummeted over the past few seasons whenever Stephen Curry has taken a seat.

What counts most is the five-man lineup the Warriors use to seal victories, and CP3 will have to prove himself worthy of a spot in that unit.

What the Warriors’ starting five looks like on opening night against the Suns on October 24 may look quite different on Christmas Day against the Nuggets or when the playoffs begin.

The Warriors have a shot at the championship if they can work Paul into their rotation, Thompson improves (now that he has had a year to recover from his injuries), Jonathan Kuminga and Dario Saric contribute effectively off the bench, and Curry is Curry. They aren’t as safe a bet as they once were, but if everything clicks for the Warriors, including CP3, they have a shot.
