Since moving to the United States to play for David Beckham’s Inter Miami this summer, Lionel Messi has dominated the Major League Soccer and American soccer. Additionally, his son is making a name for himself on the domestic soccer scene.

The oldest child of the former Barcelona player, Thiago, is now ten years old, or about the time that serious soccer training begins. And for young Thiago, that is exactly what has happened.

Being as good as his father, who has established himself as possibly the greatest player in the history of the sport, will essentially be impossible for him to achieve. When Argentina won the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar under Lionel Messi’s captaincy in December, it considerably strengthened that argument.

Since making his debut in July, Lionel Messi has been brilliant. In his 11 club games, he has scored 11 goals. Even before the Argentine player joined, the team had trouble this year. But since MLS play resumed in late August, he guided them to a Leagues Cup victory, and they have an amazing ten points out of a possible twelve.

If they want to qualify for the MLS playoffs, which the league administration undoubtedly wants to happen, they must keep winning.
