As Chelsea continue to lose ground, players Thiago Silva and Conor Gallagher express their frustration with team mates

During Chelsea’s 0-0 draw with Bournemouth, Thiago Silva was reportedly left “furious” by his teammates, while Conor Gallagher took out his frustrations on Enzo Fernandez.

Despite hitting the post and creating many good scoring opportunities, the Blues were held to a draw on the south coast, making for a frustrating day. Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson both had good chances, while Raheem Sterling came closest but his free kιck smacked off the underside of the bar.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth had a great chance to win it, but Dominic Solanke missed the target after the ex-Chelsea forward had defender Robert Sanchez make a good stop. The Cherries have now drawn three games and lost two in their opening five outings.

Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea team, however, has only won once this season, a month ago against relegated Luton. Several Chelsea players were unhappy with their performance and certain patterns of play during the team’s away game at Bournemouth.

Football.London said that Silva looked frustrated in the moments leading up to the halftime whistle. After Robert Sanchez passed to him in the back, the 39-year-old had possession but very few passing choices. Even though Silva yelled “come on” to his teammates, they were already too far ahead to receive the ball. Players like Levi Colwill, Mykhaylo Mudryk, and Enzo Fernandez were all in this position.

The majority of the game was marked by Chelsea’s inability to effectively move the ball through the thirds. Ugochukwu looked good in his first start at center defense, but the Blues as a whole struggled to find their footing.

Despite the loss, Gallagher was able to wear the Chelsea captain’s armband for the first time in a Premier League game. The English player was put in a position of leadership when he yelled at Enzo Fernandez as the Argentine player was leaving the field.

Despite being taken off the field after 80 minutes, Fernandez did not appear eager to make his way to the sidelines. However, Gallagher was heard shouting to his midfield partner to speed up as Chelsea looked for the game-winning goal. As Chelsea’s poor start to the season continued, the Blues faithful were also spotted expressing their displeasure with Fernandez and the rest of the team.

I think the supporters realize if you invest the type of money, there is expectation,” Pochettino remarked in response to the fans’ complaints. I can only give the supporters the facts; I have no control over the situation. If we had our full team available and everyone was healthy, we’d be able to compete.

Nothing more I can add, let the fans take care of it. I’m going to cry, I’m going to complain, but to whom? Twelve people were hurt today, three of four of them young players, and two of them kept on the bench. All I can do is accept it. That’s the way things are, and we have to deal with it.

Each of us has our own view and sense of what’s real. We’ve been performing above expectations, which is nice, but as I told you at the start of the season, Chelsea is all about the victory. Players of the future must experience what it’s like to wear the Chelsea uniform.
