In the Eastern Conference, no team had a solution to Jimmy Butler and the Heat, as they fairly breezed their way to the Finals. Regrettably, the Denver Nuggets reigned supreme in the NBA last season, making a compelling case for their dominance in the Finals against the resilient Heat squad.

In a five-game series, the Nuggets bested the Heat, securing the franchise’s first-ever NBA championship and establishing themselves as the league’s premier team. During the NBA offseason, Butler has been on the move, making headlines with his globetrotting adventures, including overseas excursions.

 

As seen on Butler’s Instagram, the six-time NBA All-Star recently touched down in London, England, and shared his exuberance while roaming the city streets. Butler, like his NBA counterparts, only has a few more weeks before the commencement of training camp. Hence, he seems to be making the most of his travels before the Heat’s pre-season preparations kick in.

 

With the ongoing Damian Lillard situation looming over the Heat, as they have yet to secure a trade for the superstar guard from the Portland Trail Blazers, Miami’s fortunes could shift significantly in the weeks to come.

Nonetheless, even without Lillard, the Heat are expected to maintain their status as a formidable team in the East, and they will likely be considered a middle-of-the-pack contender.
