Around Rick Ross’s extravagantly car-filled mansion

In addition to having a celebrity background, Rick Ross’ most recent real estate acquisition provides a record return on investment.
In an all-cash transaction that took just four days to close, the Miami native recently paid $3.5 million for Amar’e Stoudemire’s South Florida property—the fastest closing in the history of the gated community where the house is situated.
The house has been held by the former NBA all-star for almost a decade. It features a nine-car garage, a 1,314-square-foot guest house, and a 7,361-square-foot main home.
The main house is a one-story home with 10 foot ceilings, white marble floors, vaulted ceilings, and four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
Among the areas where friends and family can congregate are a chef’s kitchen, a private movie theater, an indoor bar area with a pool table, and a yoga room. The guesthouse consists of a kitchen, a sitting area, one bathroom, and two bedrooms.
