As he entertained the audience, 50 Cent addressed the criticism he faced online for postponing the earlier concert and playfully remarked, “I love you, why don’t you love me back? Where is the love?!”
However, he quickly changed tack, cautioning against excessive affection by quipping, “Hold on, hold on. We don’t want too much love. You know what happened to Brother Love. Let’s keep it down, not too much love.”
In the wake of allegations of unethical actions by his ex-girlfriend Cassie last November, Diddy has faced constant criticism from 50 Cent, who has repeatedly taken aim at the embattled record executive.
In now-deleted Instagram posts last month, 50 Cent shared a screenshot of a headline about the lawsuit and left a heavy comment. He further remarked, “Maybe this is a big misunderstanding. I just don’t go to the man’s parties. This is just not my kinda vibe.”
Additionally, 50 posted images of Diddy in seemingly intimate embraces with rivals Rick Ross and Floyd Mayweather, implying a suggestive context.
Despite the allegations, Diddy has vehemently denied all allegations in the lawsuit and called them “complete lies” through his attorney. He currently faces three other lawsuits, all of which he denies and is actively arguing in court.
50 Cent’s relentless mockery of Diddy has extended to involving other rivals, including Rick Ross and Floyd Mayweather.
The “In Da Club” rapper criticized Mayweather for seemingly defending Diddy in a recent interview on The Pivot Podcast. Mayweather’s remarks suggested a reluctance to condemn Diddy despite the allegations against him.
In response, 50 Cent commented on the interview, implying Mayweather’s insensitivity and lack of understanding of the situation. He also hinted at releasing new music addressing Diddy’s situation.
